Cape Town - THE POSITION REPORTS TO THE FINANCE OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE : Handle day-to-day responsibility ofCustomer refundsPayment fraud managementFinance investigations of customer exceptionsCustomer facing payments processChargebackProactively attend to customer payment risksInvestigate and resolve customer payment queries efficiently and timelyImplement the payment systems accurately and timeouslyResolving customer payment related queriesAd hoc duties, as required within the finance department departmentATTRIBUTES REQUIRED : Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skillsWork under pressureContinuous improvement- and scaling mindsetAbility to lead from the frontStreamlining processes with an agile approachAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent analytical skillsDeadline drivenProblem solving skillsComfortable with constant changeAbility to use multiple systems and multitask in a faced paced environmentQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Accounting2 4 years relevant experience in similar role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)E-Commerce or Retail experience will be an advantageExperience in customer facing finance risk management advantageousCompany DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Contract Finance Operations for a company based in the CBD Foreshore area.

The ideal candidate must a diploma in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in the customer facing payment processes and dealing with customer refunds.
