  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To generate sales in a manner that delights the client and maximizes company profitability Responsibilities Key performance areas Deliverables / outcomes Generating purchase orders ( POs ) from prospective and existing clients;
  • managing sales process from leads to client PO; acting as primary client contact until PO received, and secondary contact until handover.

    Clarity on client needs and how our product and service options satisfy those needs, delight the client, and generate profits.

    Client peace of mind that they are fully informed, and needs and concerns are understood and acted upon Quotes delivered to clients.

  • Closed deals and signed client POs negotiated to optimize client budget (on-sell; up-sell) and maximize profit margins. Capturing client vision and communicating it to the rest of the team;
  • managing client expectations. Accurate and complete written records of specific client requirements clearly and vividly communicated, including provisional measurements.

    Proposed products and services within physical and budgetary constraints. Generating qualified prospects, including building relationships with influencing intermediaries.

    Constant flow of enquiries and requests to quote. Top-of-mind awareness amongst (prospective) clients and influencing intermediaries.

    Authority status in the area of sauna and steam and the most sought after / specified brand. Well received public relations message.

    Maintaining client-focused databases, including contacts (prospects, clients, intermediaries) and activity status. Up-to-

  • date, valid, accurate and complete databases, specifically relating to contact details and quote status. Preparing reports of recent performance;
  • contributing to shaping the company’s product portfolio to suit the target market’s needs, tastes and budget. Client satisfaction surveys and other market intelligence (needs, preferences, common objections).

  • Sales performance reports. Conclusions and recommendations for improvement. Complying with lawful instructions, policies, procedures, and processes, specifically functions marked SALES (SLS);
  • contributing to their continual improvement. Seamless fit into well-drilled team. Policies, procedures and processes that efficiently support company objectives.

Monthly to Operations Director EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS Education Degree or diploma in design and / or marketing Experience Working as a Sales Representative With CRM (client relationship management) practices and software In the design and / or woodworking industries Participating in networking through social media Skills Excel, Word, Outlook Meticulous communication skills (spoken and written) Code 08 driver’s license Characteristics Resilient with a proven track record in sales Upbeat, friendly, and confident in social situations
