What's the role?
We’re looking for a sales-focused individual to join our high-performing team within our Onshore petrochemical segment, based in Secunda.
In this role you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and engineering teams to drive the sales of all Hilti’s products and services.

What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager - Onshore Specialist, you’ll be visiting our main customer site Sasol Synfuels in Secunda. The purpose of site-visits is to provide solutions, identify opportunities, give technical advice, solutions and support while adding value through the use of Hilti products and services and conveying the Hilti Value Proposition.
Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name.
Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
Technical Sales experience within the techno industry
