In response to the high level of business activity we are looking to expand the sales team.
Core responsibilities of the UN Global Account Manager :
Help the UN Peacekeeping customers worldwide leveraging technology to enhance their operations. Be a problem solverDrive requirements.
Prepare and respond to quotation and proposal requests, in coordination with the pre-sales teamFocus is on Motorola’s Solutions’ complete portfolio of products including, but not limited to : Two-Way radio : TETRA and DMRTracking, Command & Control and other mission-critical applicationsCCTV and Physical Security SolutionsSystems Integration and Managed servicesProposals can also leverage an active ecosystem of third-party suppliers to complement MSI offering in other areas Be the customer's advocate : build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by becoming a trusted advisorMeet sales quotas with existing clients while developing new business.
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.Manage the customer-facing part of the post-order process.
Core qualifications of the United Nations Global Account Manager :
Five years’ minimum experience in sales, pre-sales, and / or project management in IT or mission-critical communications.
International experience / familiarity working in a multicultural environment. Government customer facing experience is a plus.
Bachelors’ Degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field (MBA preferred). Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
Strong work ethic, personal integrity, high level of professionalism.Self-motivated. Innovative thinking. Strong goal orientation and results-driven mentality.
Solid verbal and written communications capability.Strong willingness to travel.Fluent in English; French language skills would be appreciated.
