Participate in FMEA meetings / Leader of Control Plans meetingsResponsible for preparation and up keeping of customer PPQA dossier folders.
Monthly preparation of KPIs and other internal reportsMonitoring and managing of products returned from customers (Assembly line)Monthly presentation of external PPMs & Assembly Line returns.
Follow-up of customers complaints, discuss within the multifunctional teams and report / act accordingly.Perform parts measurement and testing as scheduled and required.
Calibration planning and management.Performing any additional customer checks / inspection as and when requested.Member of project team / responsible for preparation of all quality documentation related to projects.
Responsible for maintaining internal deviations requests / recordsEffective document control techniques.Monitor key measurables.
Co-ordinate corrective action plans & implement where necessary.Implement Control and plan FMEA Control measures.Update all engineering documentation & Technical data sheets.
Ensure good quality product is delivered to the Customer.Ensure incoming components meet Customer specification / liaison with Suppliers.
