Adcorp Reports to : Sales Manager (Fleet) Job description : The Corporate and Fleet Marketer increases new business production, non-

interest revenue and market share and achieves predetermined sales targets. The incumbent builds and maintains relationships and provides excellent customer service.

The incumbent conducts a needs analysis for the customer and markets through existing sales channels. Measurable Key results Areas include, but is not limited to : Budgeting : o Identifies and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.

o Demonstrates cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs. o Increases knowledge and understanding of financial processes and adheres to required operating standards Business Process o Acquires new business and increases market share.

o Achieves agreed value added products, conversion rate fixed and linked rates ratio. o Maximises opportunities to generate additional income.

o Provides creative financial solutions to meet customer needs and structure deals in terms of solutions required by customer.

o Identifies innovative ways to enhance sales within area and increase profit margins. o Submits innovative ideas to the manager in support of the sales drive.

o Manages the implementation of solutions and ideas in support of the business area / branch's innovation drive to increase revenue.

o Prepares and delivers reports on initiatives in support of innovation and creativity to management. Customer Excellence o Adheres to shared Company values and service standards with regard to customer interaction.

o Resolves customer dissatisfaction / complaints and takes ownership of the problem. o Communicates with customers according to company standards.

o Collects customer feedback to help improve customer service. o Ensures that product knowledge and advice is technically accurate Compliance and Governance o Collates and submits the required documentation to the relevant department.

o Ensures that documentation being submitted complies with relevant legislative requirements and with organisational governance processes.

o Validates customer information on the system to ensure quality. Obtains NATIS and dealer documentation and submits to Organisation.

o Submits market share documentation to the Organisation timeously. o Meets dealers deadlines in terms of submitting documentation Continuous Improvement : o Interacts with Sales Manager and participates in informal and formal knowledge sharing sessions.

o Attends product launches. o Keeps abreast of market trends. Teamwork : o Contributes to team success by ensuring team commitment and cohesion.

o Values individual contributions and shows respect for others. o Shares best practices that will benefit the team. o Respects diversity and values inclusivity.

Risk Management : o Adheres to sales and marketing policies, procedures, systems and frameworks. o Avoids E and Os and resolves existing E and Os within 30 days.

o Limits excesses to acceptable standards by adhering to approval lending threshold and by renewing customer facilities before expiry dates.

o Avoids the expiry of provisional by monitoring and renewing facilities after the expected conclusion of transactions. Personal Development : o Identifies effective activities to address own development gaps.

o Creates own development plan and reviews plan with Team Leader. o Understands which competencies and skills should be mastered to ensure personal development and performance.

Experience / Requirements : o Minimum Qualification Grade 12 with FSB approved qualification Experience Required o Minimum of 12 months experience on a FAIS register o Full Retail Insurance Qualification essential (Inseta Certificate) o In depth knowledge of the Motor Industry processes, procedures and systems o Financial analysis and credit assessment skills o Valid driver's license o Computer Literacy o Minimum of three years' experience in a sales environment in the Asset Based Finance industry o Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of commerce degree specialising in accounting or business management You must have the following : RE5 for representatives essential-

RE Certificate Suitable recognised qualification in terms of FAIS and / or sufficient FAIS credits as per DOFA date NCA essential-

NCA Card Experience Required- Minimum of 12 months experience on a FAIS register- DOFA -If your DOFA document is older than 3 months, please request an updated document from the FSCA by sending your ID number and full names to fais. -It should be dated within the last 3 months
