We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join a dynamic team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Relevant post matric qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in the built environment consulting industry.
Preferably having held a position of admin officer and providing support at a senior management level.
Project administration skills.
Provide general secretarial and administrative functions.
Project and financial administration.
Facilitate travel arrangements (booking of flights, hotels, cars etc.).
Order general services and supplies as and when necessary.
