Purpose of the Role : As a leading outbound call centre, we want the best of the best to join our team. While our Sales department is integral to building up a potential and lucrative customer base, we also rely on talent with other expertise to help us maintain and develop a work environment thats fun, supportive, and favourable to success.
Duties include, but not limited to : Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set KPI in the English language Meet or exceed daily outbound KPIs of dials, claims and conversions Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers Customer relationship building and management Cross selling of products and services Processing pertinent information into relevant databases Performing extra tasks given by managers / supervisors as required Excellent time management and adherence to schedule Essential Criteria : 1-
