T he Customer Support Manager is responsible for customer service in the region, including daily delivery route planning and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements :
Grade 12 is compulsory with Relevant Tertiary Degree, / Supply Chain Management or similar
5 -10Years experience in Customer Service within a FMCG QSR Environment. Intermediate to advanced Computer literacy MS Excel, Outlook PowerPoint,
Must have sufficient Customer support management, People management in FMCG industry.
Good knowledge on perishable food products.
