Minimum requirements :
  • Grade 12
  • Grade 12
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge and experience on SAP
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance department
  • 2 - 5 years previous work experience in a similar position
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Duties :

  • Compile and run Weekly and Monthly Departmental Reports
  • Create work orders on SAP
  • Record keeping and administration of leave &Time keeping
  • Create purchase requisitions on SAP
  • General Admin Tasks as required by Maintenance Manager
  • Record keeping of all admin for the maintenance department such as Filling, Quotes, Purchase orders etc.
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Weekly and Monthly Maintenance planning & scheduling
  • Follow up on quotes and approval process
  • Basic plus medical aid and pension contribution
