Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage daily activities of the financial department.
Develop and maintain financial processes, activities and procedures.
Prepare and maintain monthly management accounts.
Provide and maintain financial reporting of the company.
Provide company budgets and reviews
Provide and update financial systems and procedures for employees
Implement and improve financial governance and ensure policies are up to date within the company .
Assist and facilitate annual budget processes
Liaise with external auditors and assist with annual audits.
Perform all accounting duties within the company.
Maintain bank accounts and payments
Implement risk control procedures in the company.
Review and approve daily / monthly payments and expenses.
Ensure financial and SARS compliance
Perform monthly payroll.
Provide investment analysis and reporting
Experience and Qualifications :
Accounting / financial degree
SAICA articles advantageous
Computer literate advanced excel, pastel, bookkeeping software (quickbooks)
Excellent communication skills
3-10 years working experience as financial manager.
