Our client in the telecommunications and service provider industry is looking for a Consultant Product Management Mobility Services to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates The Consultant will develop the wholesale connectivity services product roadmap and manage the wholesale connectivity solutions product catalogue.

The role includes the responsibility to develop new wholesale connectivity products, including managing the product definition and delivery cycle, pricing and technical and commercial specification definitions aligned to the market trends and commercial requirements from sales and commercial support team.

  • Ensure to monitor the product implementation, launch and FAB processes Liaise with the carrier services product and GLOBAL CONNECT product teams to develop a unified wholesale and enterprise approach for connectivity products Develop the wholesale connectivity product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the market trends and requirement as well as alignment with the GLOBAL CONNECT product and company carrier services product team to ensure a consistent approach across company Responsible for identifying new connectivity services products for wholesale connectivity clients, based on competitive offerings and key customer requirements collated by the wholesale sales and the commercial support team Build and manage business cases for product implementation, adequately approximating CAPEX and OPEX impact and monitoring business case performance once product launched End to end ownership of product implementation project managing covering multiple teams including technical and sales, and ensuring operational procedures have been defined Define pricing of new products;
  • based on intelligence of competitive connectivity services pricing Responsible for connectivity services profitability and management of product economics for this line of business Define and maintain a customer experience plan and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure the processes are defined to accommodate for fault handling and resolution, as well as fraud detection / prevention / response Create the connectivity product catalogue with product specs and pricing information, including company international and domestic connectivity products Collaborate with the OpCo’s teams to define the requirements for domestic connectivity products for wholesale customers Provide stakeholders with updated high-quality product collateral, target prices and discount matrices across routes and accounts Track, and manage the product commercial and service performance, recommend and deliver on continuous improvements (revenue uplift and cost reduction), including product changes and upgrades Collaborate with stakeholders to provide sales, operational, competitor, market and product insights Role Deliverables Carrier services product road map (GRX, IPX, IPX, SMS, Signaling) and strategy Carrier services product catalogue Key point of contact for carrier services products Product cost recovery Drive business lines’ growth Education : Minimum 4-year Academic Degree (BBA, Engineering / Computer Science) Post graduate qualification MBA / Masters (Economics, Engineering / Computer Science) preferred English, French and Arabic (as advantage) Experience : 5+ years relevant commercial experience in the fixed line international telecommunication industry preferably in enterprise / Connectivity product business 2+ years of relevant product experiences
