Our client a well established franchise dealership is seeking the services of a Finance Administrator / Clerk for the West Rand / Randburg, Johannesburg area.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for assisting the accountant with the organising all documentation releated to the finance department.
The Finance Administrator responsibilities will include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements.
If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, and your experience is in the motor industry wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities
Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Review and process reimbursements
Prepare budgets
Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
Keep records of invoices and tax payments
Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
Identify and address account discrepancies
Participate in payroll processes
Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
Requirements (Only candidates who have Motor industry software expereince will be considered)
Proven work experience as a Debtors and Creditors or similar role
Experienee in Stock control and invoicing wil be advantageous.
Hands-on experience with Motor Industry accounting software, like Automate, Evolve, Kerridge, Autoline, Pinnacle is essential.
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
