Finance & Tax Manager Cape Town
A leading global innovator in the renewable energy sector is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager in their Cape Town Offices.
Responsibilities :
Provide tax, accounting and corporate structuring support to multiple business areas
Provide input for the group corporate and tax structure in conjunction with the financial control and legal teams
Support the Director in risk management for various areas of the business
Requirements :
Qualified CA(SA) / CIMA / equivalent professional tax or finance qualification
Appropriate experience in a tax / accounting / consolidating / reporting role
Solid accounting and tax technical skills (IFRS, international tax legislation) and ability to implement such practises
International investment structuring and ability to assess tax matters relevant to a capital-intensive business highly advantageous
Experience in a group / multinational / complex business environment essential
Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
Attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
