Job Description We are looking for a talented individual To join our team as a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce who are changing the way people use energy.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead in our IT Professional Services team, you will provide Technical leadership to our Client Implementation and Support Teams in the Professional Services Department.

Responsibilities : Leads a team of onshore and offshore Salesforce Developers who work on our home-grown Salesforce based applications.

Works, under the leadership of our Technical managers, with the appropriate experience, knowledge, and skillsets to interact with various client stakeholders Help the Support team solve complex Salesforce issues quickly.

Provides hands-on daily management of the Technical staff Monitors Salesforce releases and assess impact to our products / code Monitor the health of Salesforce Orgs and perform / lead regular cleanup to meet the Governor limits Perform technical design and code reviews.

Drives customer escalated issues and all efforts towards an effective resolution Provide development estimates for Changes / new Work that are requested by the client teams.

Provides technical guidance and design to the team when needed. Deep understanding of the product solutions and business drivers to support prioritization and management of work in accordance to business needs Identifies and solves for evolving gaps and emerging needs in skills, processes, tools, and capacity to support a scalable, cost-effective team Collaborates with internal stakeholders and partners on emerging products, skills, and technologies Implements, monitors, and identifies opportunities for improvement to ensure a positive customer experience.

Experience / Skills Strong Technical background with past Software Development / Lead experience. Strong experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Technologies Hands-on experience in Apex classes, Visual Force, Triggers, Workflows, Data Management, SOAP / REST APIs, SOQL Good experience in integrating with Mobile tools, ETL technologies (Snaplogic, Dell Boomi), external APIs Working knowledge of other technologies like .

Net, UI (Drupal, Joomla), Microsoft Azure Strong experience in using code repositories like VSTS, Microsoft ADO Knowledge of DevOps tools like Microsoft ADO and Build pipelines for Salesforce deployments Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions including Salesforce.

com Experience in overseeing multiple projects at the same time. Experience in Agile methodologies Experience working with Data Translation software supporting data mapping and transformation processes Strong process management, analytical and technical skills Excellent communication skills able to convey issues of all types to a variety of audiences with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with offshore teams who supplement the onshore workforce Proven track record of working across internal teams and client organizations can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards an end goal Ability to resolve issues and exhibit strong initiative in a demanding environment.

Familiarity with auditing standards and controls such as SOC 2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
