Comprehensive service of administering and winding up of deceased estates, from inception by the reporting of the estate to the Master of the High Court and obtaining letters of Executorship, to the consideration and payment of the claims of creditors and payment and distribution to all beneficiaries, and finally the obtaining of discharge from the Master's Office.

Suitable candidate must be able to do the complete DEA process.

  • Grade 12
  • Legal qualification or certification in deceased estates will secure
  • At least 3 years experience as a deceased estate administrator
  • Computer Literacy : Preferable 2 years experience on MS Office & LegalEase Job Specification (daily duties) :
  • Consulting with family to take in the estate
  • Reporting the estate to the Master
  • Administering the estate
  • Drafting the L&D account
  • Obtaining filing slip and finalisation of the Estate
