Looking for an individual with a formal diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts.
Applicants must have 2 years+ experience in pastry, preferably in a Restaurant environment.
Must have solid experience in creating pastries and desserts.
Suitable applicants will also have good general food preparations skills.
Main duties will be creating pastries and will include working in the hot and cold kitchen sections.
