The Role : We are looking for an experienced Business Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract for Pretoria.Roles and Responsibilities : Assignments Confidentiality agreements are in place for all flexible resources.

Ensure the tracking of all appointments, terminations, and transfers in line with payroll closure.Verify the correctness of all offers made.

Ensure the management of all HR-related administration is up to date.Support the implementation of onboarding and offboardingSupport engagement with Purchasing and Legal to ensure Purchasing and Legal compliance.

Ensure sourcing through service providers in the business complies with Group Governance.Demonstrate a solid understanding of and ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements in collaboration with HR Governance and Risk.

Support service provider management methodology / matrix together with procurementEnsure the optimization of processes is aligned and are compliantEnsure all compliance, as well as relevant training, are completed and recorded.

Advising functional leaders in topics relating to contractor management.Coordinates with all departments to drive contractor management frameworks and guidelines.

Coordinates and supports the liaison with external service providersQualifications and Experience needed for the role : HR Diploma and relevant experienceSkills and Experience : Essential Skills Requirements : HR Diploma and or relevant experienceSAP HRMS OfficeRelevant HR / Resource management background beneficial Knowledge and adherence to data privacy requirements (advantageous)Strong ability to prioritize and have a deadline-driven attitudeAttention to detail is a pre-requisiteAbility to work under pressureAdvantageous Skills Requirements : Good listening and problem-solving skillsWillingness to take initiative proactively to improve own and teamwork practicesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / usersStrong customer service focusAbility to work as part of a team as well as independently and submit deliverables on timeAboveboard work ethics ?
