SUMMARY : - JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities Excellent Technical knowledge of Restaurant equipment Fridges / Freezers, grillers, warmers, toasters, Hoods, etc.

Obtain quotes from suppliers for new Kitchen / Restaurant and related equipmentObtain quotes for repairs to existing Kitchen / Restaurant and related equipmentEvaluation of quotes based on reasonable price / quality with regards to new equipment as well as repairsLoading of orders for new equipment as well as repairs to equipmentOrdering of required spares for Kitchen / Restaurant and related equipmentas per requirementsReceiving Kitchen / Restaurant equipment and related sparesPacking and issuing of equipment from the stores / branchesMaintaining correct inventory levelsStock control and stock countsCapturing of invoices and processing of all relevant paperworkFiling of all paperwork Requirements : Matric / Grade 12MUST have experience with Kitchen / Restaurant experience NON-NegotiableMinimum of 3 years experience with Kitchen / Restaurant / Catering equipmentComputer literate with MS officePastel / Sage experienceMust stay in the Pretoria areaSA Citizens OnlyCandidates who have previous Equipment Repair / Technician and Store / warehouse experience will have a preferenceSalary is dependent on relevant experience and skill set
