Somerset West - The role will focus on, administrative tasks and client communication in order to, provide a level of technical support to the business development department project team.
The candidate will form part of a project team designed to develop / retain client relationships by converting clients that no longer use the service of a financial adviser, to an appropriate product solution designed for such circumstances.
In addition the candidate will work with the operational divisions to convert pension funds where contact has been lost with a client, to specialist solutions.
The incumbent must have the aptitude to grasp and understand technical concepts on product and administrative matters as they will ultimately be providing guidance and training in respect of these.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES All administrative duties in converting clients to the licensee directed solutions Liaise with clients and assist them in converting to licensee directed solutions where the client opts for it Assist the team to manage a programme to convert specific groups of clients to licensee directed solutions Build good internal relationship with other areas of the business To assist Marketing with the development of specific client communications To say abreast of all matters pertaining to company products and services Continually look to improve processes and address / raise issues that need attention Work proactively with other business functions and stakeholders Daily monitoring of projects and cases in progress with proactive follow up OTHER REQUIREMENTS The applicant should hold a qualification of at least diploma level, albeit a degree would be more beneficial, in commerce, marketing and or finance
