Our client, a marketing and design company in Paarl , is looking for a Franchise Administrator to join their creative team.
The successful candidate must be willing to grow with the company.
To handle all enquiries relating to a new franchise.
Assist with existing stores that sell and interact with the franchisees.
Maintain sales and enquiry database.
Maintain the application and approved database.
Take minutes of meetings.
Marketing of franchise opportunities.
Advertising of all new company opportunities and re-sales.
Liaise with Marketing Manager regarding updates required for company website.
Liaise with web designers for the company and which franchise websites to update new developments on websites.
Handle all enquiries and record all enquiries on database (spreadsheet).
Capture and maintain all statistics on electronic and telephonic enquiries.
Conduct research on competitors.
Prepare applications from interested parties.
Complete administration related to online assessment testing.
Notify prospective franchisees of availability of stores for sale.
Communicate and receive all necessary documentation regarding sale of stores.
Receive and forward all customer complaints received on e-mail to relevant person.
A relevant Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2 or more years of franchise administration and social media experience.
Excellent administration skills and administration experience.
Very good computer skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding of social media.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Area : Paarl area.
Starting date : As soon as possible.
Salary : R15 000 â€ R20 000 per month.
