Overview Objective of the role :
As IT Support / Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support to the company, including providing in-house front line user support (answering, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to keep employees productive) and utilising external IT partners when required.
Report to CTO.
Duties and responsibilities of the job :
Setup new emails (email + pwd creating, setup email footers, E-signatures etc)
Manage Licenses (Office, Jira etc, Slack)
General App user management (Slack, Jira)
New Hardware sourcing and purchasing
Keep asset register up to date
Old Hardware management and rotation
IT Policy Maintenance
Additional Skills :
Front end development experience is a plus
Competencies in Adobe graphics packages and MS Office software
Wide range of technical knowledge across hardware, software and networks
Problem solving abilities
