About the Position
Anglicare Southern Queensland's Home Maintenance and Modifications team has built solid foundations by providing a quality service to people living in the community over the age of 60 remain living in the comfort and ease of their own homes.
The programs we operate specialise in helping clients overcome safety, security and general well-being factors that can impact their quality of life and happiness.
The overall purpose of the Service Coordinator is the administrative coordination of the Home Maintenance & Modifications service to eligible clients;
team management; and operational support to the Manager.
Diploma in Business, Leadership or Management and / or equivalent practical experience
Current National Police Certificate
Queensland Drivers Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
Full Covid Vaccination evidence
Applied knowledge and understanding of building maintenance and modifications
Demonstrated skills in coordination, interaction and building effective, practical, respectful relationships
Previous management and leadership experience
Capacity to support clients and their families through any issues, complaints or concerns
Strong capabilities in general operating processes including Human Resource, Work Health and Safety, and best practice
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement and ability to provide organisational support through accreditation processes
Strong administrative and reporting skills; data and document control; computer programs including Microsoft suite
Highly desirable working knowledge of Procura, ability to liaise with trade contractors
Knowledge of the home maintenance and modifications industry
