Our client is looking for an Office Secretary to join their team in Paulhof

Providing high level support to the Partners and wider team, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and they are able to meet tight deadlines.

This is a senior position offering board level support and will be a great role for someone who has previous legal experience, a law degree or has a background in intellectual property.

Secretary Responsibilities

As Secretary, some of your main duties will include :

Preparing letters, documents and presentations

Preparing quotes and invoices for clients

Arranging travel and accommodation

Coordinating internal and external meetings

Assist with diary management, minuting meetings and disseminating information,

  • Assist with letters and memos, personal and telephone enquiries from staff, external external contacts and general public.
  • Matric Certification

  • Relevant Secretarial Qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at any level

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Desirable

    To be successful in this role you will have good communication skills across all levels, be well organised and able to manage a busy workload when under pressure.

    Fast and accurate typing skills are a must and you will be working in a detail focused environment so maintaining high attention to detail is key.

  • Ability to take and transcribe minutes and draft correspondence
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
