Office Administrator Parow

Our Logistics client in Parow Cape Town is looking for an Office Administrator to 2 3 years plus experience in General Administration and receptionist skills

Salary up to R 8500 Normal working hours + every second Saturday to 12

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years plus Office Administration experience
  • Logistics Office Administration experience an added bonus but not a must as training will be provided
  • Fully Computer literate with Outlook, Ms Office, Excel, and others
  • Pastel or Logistics software experience an added bonus
  • Responsibilities

  • Full Office Administration duties filling, faxing, admin, recordkeeping
  • Receptionist duties not a busy switchboard
  • Correspondence to clients and customers
  • Correspondence between logistics courier company
  • Waybill cost calculation, administration thereof and recordkeeping
  • Cross border admin and documentation training will be provided and many more
