Core Outputs Forming and maintaining employee records Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guidesBe part of the onboarding of new employees (Internal communications, new joiner packs, showing new employees the facilities, registering employees on all internal boards, etc.

Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queriesAssisting with payroll by providing the Finance department with relevant employee information : Resignationschanges in deparmentsterminationspromotionsAssisting with various arrangements internally, such as generating order numbersAdministering of external trainingAssisting HR Manager and Management with outputs such as : recruitment, (Internal and external)exit processperformance managementadministrating and maintaining of HR policiesAssisting Management with any Ad hoc dutiesEssential RequirementsGrade 12Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant qualificationComputer literate2-3 years of experience in HR AdministrationEffective HR administration and people management skillsUnderstanding of HR functions and practices : Disciplinary process / Grievance processSETAATR / WSPEE
