The Office and Sales Support is responsible for ensuring that al office activities run efficiently and effectively by providing both clerical and administrative support to other personnel and management Duties include but are not limited to : Administering the switchboard Reconciliation of petty cash Ordering and managing stationery and basic office groceries for the office Ensuring that all leave forms and overtime sheets are collected and sent to the accountant Assisting with booking local travel arrangements and accommodation Perform admin and recon schedules and tasks for the Accountant as required.

This includes but are not limited to preparing monthly recons of fleet cards and credit card statements Receiving PODs from the driver daily Preparation of waybills and booking couriers as requested Attend to general sales functions Attending to customer queries Receiving and processing orders from customers Preparing and compiling quotations Required Attributes : Attention to detail Able to prioritise Time management skills Self-

driven and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexible Ability to use common warehouse machinery and equipment Matric is a must Valid drivers license essential
