Looking for a Sales Manager, second-in-charge to the Head of Sales. Youll be required to manage, coach and team-lead 6 direct sales persons.

Work with the Head of Sales to set sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis across all channels (Direct, Partnerships and Digital) Manage weekly meetings with the Direct Sales Execs to monitor their targets and help unblock their pipelines Coach Direct Sales Execs on customer, sales and pipeline management Manage all sales reporting, with assistance from an existing Sales Support person Identify sales data issues and put in plans for resolution and ensure resolution Identify improvements required in the sales and retentions process and changes needed in SalesForce (CRM system) Communicate and specify into Business Process Improvement and IT and ensure resolution Assist the Head of Sales and Customer with projects and initiatives, for example : Client Communication Strategy Weekly and Monthly Exco Reports Monitor Training Programme in order to make recommendations and make sure changes are implemented (through HR and Sales Execs) Experience : Selling into the small business market Minimum 5 years direct sales experience Minimum 2 years people and team management experience Management of a team of three or more people Utilising a CRM system to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing Skills : Demonstrated ability to hire high performing sales people Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance Ability to report on sales performance and forecast Excels at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market
