Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

Grade 12 with Short Term Insurance NQF L5 & RE qualification

3+ years supervisory experience and minimum of 5 years experience in commercial lines

Administratively driven and attention to detail

Able to make recommendations and decisions

Excellent communication skills

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :

Build and maintain client relations

Management of commercial and domestic policies

Communicate with insurers on products and services

Assist clients with queries and complaints

New business applications and insurer surveys

Underwrite in accordance with procedures

Technical support to underwriters

Ensure documentation, including SASRIA is issued, checked and authorised

Ensure queries are resolved

Ensure renewal reviews are completed

Timeous and accurate management of mail count

Share and transfer knowledge to colleagues

Salary : R15 000.00 R35 000.00 per month dependent on seniority
