A Global Railway Company is looking to recruit a Signalling, Radio & Communications Supervisor who will manage, plan, allocate, monitor and supervise all work activities of Signalling, Radio and Communications infrastructure, including Signalling, Radio and Communications personnel and subcontractors.

This is a permanent role based in Midrand Minimum Requirements Electrical / Electronic Engineering Diploma (non-negotiable) Registerable as a Professional Engineering Technician (non-negotiable) 10 years railway signal maintenance experience 3-5 years management experience Effective self -management with a sense of initiative, accountability, and responsibility Prior experience working within a Safety Critical environment Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Responsibilities Exercise leadership and supervision of personnel and activities related to Signalling, Radio and Communication maintenance in terms of training, safety regulations and safe work procedures.

Establish a maintenance plan taking into account internal and outsourced resources Ensure execution of preventative and corrective maintenance in a timely manner to meet all performance targets Ensure proper incident management Ensure effective management of the Signalling and Radio network Sub Contractors Compile and manage Signalling, Radio and Communication Budget Contractual Information Valid Drivers License Willing to be on 24 / 7 Standby Willing to undergo Medical Testing
