We are a plumbing & leak detection service firm operating out of Stellenbosch and require the services of a committed and diligent person capable of scheduling and successfully managing 10 - 30 service appointments daily.

The candidate must be capable of making customer service oriented decisions while balancing cost implications for the business, technically inclined, specifically with regard to the plumbing industry, have management potential and a positive outlook and has a solutions based approach to their work.

  • Communicating and scheduling appointments with customers using specific customer management software- Team production preparation- Plumbing team diary management & scheduling- Remote Vehicle monitoring & management- Customer liaison- Report preparation & job quotingAfter hours telephone standby duty based on advanced duty rosterJob Requirements : - Computer literacy & competency- Microsoft Office;
  • 365; Outlook; Teams; Excel- Quick Books- Tracker- Customer Management Software (Inhouse training)- Bilingual - English & Afrikaans.

  • Articulate and Service orientated- Strong organizational ability- Leadership capabilityKnowledge of the plumbing, leak detection & water loss management industry will be of significant adadvantage to the applicant.
