Communication with candidates and agencies.Research on comparable salaries.Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
Coordinate and manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.Coordinate and manage the probation reviews of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the overall retention strategy, inclusive of the implementation of new initiatives.Coordinate KPI reviews.
Chair Sport and Social Committee.Internal company branding and engagement.Schedule IR meetings.H&S Representative.Time and attendance.
Leave and Sick Leave Management.Policy development and implementation.Other administration tasks typical associated within an HR and resourcing environment.
Requirements : Completed Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.1 3 years experience in a similar role that specialises in recruitment and talent management.
Target and performance driven.Excellent writing and communication skills.Understanding of the Labour Law.Technical Recruitment experience.
