PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Process and Compliance Manager will focus on documenting existing processes, performing gap analysis and building new process within National Chains.
The job function includes process mapping, design, and re-engineering through close partnerships with the Operations and Account managers to implement processes that lead to efficiency and process automation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Works closely with National Chains team and other business stakeholders to re-engineer existing processes and build out to-be process flows.
Analyses, plans and drives to-be processes as part of the overall dept. compliance.
Evaluates and models preferred existing processes and identifies process implementation options.
Identify root cause problems and helps business to identify ways to measure performance against process requirements.
Can analyse as-is processes and adjust or change to meet introduction of new functionality.
Strong attention to details and ability to draft / construct detailed processes / flows.
Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership.
Candidate must be able to act as a liaison between the business, process and technology groups to ensure business needs are adequately met.
Organize work into executive presentations outlining findings and recommendations.
Excellent understanding of process mapping and engineering
Excellent knowledge of BPM methodologies & best practice
Knowledge of Policy and Process writing
Demonstrated use of Task Manager
Experience working on a management business systems
Experience gathering, defining and documenting business requirements.
Ability to use data and analysis to support process flows and to influence others.
Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized individual, able to keep accurate documentation at all times.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Strong collaborative leadership and teamwork skills.
Effective personal time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Ability to implement change management

Minimum of 5 years operational work experience in Cellular environment.
Previous experience in process design and documentation.
Process excellence certification or training is a plus.

Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Evidence of managing and executing within timelines and budget
Evidence of experience working independently, with little or no supervision
Tertiary qualification Bachelor Degree.
