Adcorp Fluid Technology Product Support - HYDRAULICS, HOSE & FITTINGS, PNEUMATICS, INDUSTRIAL VALVES, FILTRATION AND INSTRUMENTATION To develop and grow the sales and market share of product offering covering all Fluid Technology Products (Lubrication, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, Instrumentation and valves), by engaging with the branches and customers in the Klerksdorp, Carletonville and Lichtenburg and areas.
To offer product training to staff and customers, technical advice on new and existing installations, and identify new market and product opportunities .
Meet sales targets against specific product price lists in accordance with divisional strategy and set budgets. Maintain a regular calling schedule with BMG branch representatives to customers.
Identify a set of key accounts to target and grow to an agreed budget. Identify new customers. Follow up on open enquiries.
Training and product awareness : Conduct regular training presentations for both BMG staff and customers. Product support : Customer surveys and troubleshooting undertaken on site.
Product failure analysis and failure report writing. Product identification. Investigate and respond to market demands Environmental scanning, organisational effectiveness, competitor and market analysis.
Customer needs assessed. Regular communication of market needs to management. Stock availability Forecast - plan short term and long term goals to meet customer expectations.
Assisting in the monitoring of deliveries, handle queries, late deliveries. Pricing Decide on price parameters and discount parameters.
Ensure healthy margins by reviewing monthly reports. Maximise operations Services are provided according to department plan.
