Our Manufacturing Client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator in Montague Gardens Cape Town. The Candidate must work well under pressure, be very accurate and efficient, and have at least 5 years relevant work experience.

Knowledge of Sage 300 / Accpac would be a big advantage.

Salary up to R 15000 including Medical aid and Pension

  • Matric
  • 5 Years Relevant Experience as a Sales Administrator
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 / Accpac / Syspro or PASTEL an added advantage
  • Job Requirements

  • Internal Sales Administration
  • Quotations on all products
  • Inter-branch stock transfers
  • Proforma Invoices for COD customers. Await payment before invoicing
  • Receive orders via email
  • Capturing of orders in Accpac
  • Check stock availability
  • If no stock available, checking on availability and lead times from Head office
  • Printing of delivery notes and invoices
  • Liaise with Dispatch to coordinated orders for delivery / collection
  • General assistance and back-up to the Branch Manager
  • Receiving of cash payments on COD customers, issuing of receipt and handing cash over to accounts department
  • Following up with customers on overdue accounts
  • Assisting with monthly stock takes
  • Customer Liaison

  • Handling and completion of customer queries
  • Following up with customer enquiries
  • Advising customers on product availability and lead times
  • General liaising
  • Informing customers on new products and special offers
