The Medical sales representatives are responsible for a set territory in which they sell a variety of medical products into the healthcare industry.

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to closing the sale in an assigned territory.Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area.

Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree (any), or a diploma in Clinical TechnologyExperience in a Medical Device environment & knowledge about the Medical Device regulations is preferred.

Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point.1 year experience with surgical support / sales / marketing of products.

Ad Hoc dutiesIncumbent may be required to attend to any other tasks if and when requested to do so by management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsibilities : Medical sales representatives are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and the sale of products.

Sales and communicationLeading a teamReportingIndividual customer potential analysis and developmental plans.Competitor and market analysis.

Customer relationship management.Key opinion leader identification and development.Provide supportive services to all allocated customers in assigned geographical areas.

Ensure that a proper product mix is sold to customers.Sell / Inform the customer of other related products to increase the sales.

Keep well informed of customers tendering / quote systems and monitor them to ensure no missed opportunities.Surgical Case coverage.

Admin weekly & monthly reports, stock take, quotes for repairs & product orders.Collaborate with team as well as other divisions.

Conduct regular workshops with Doctors and Scrub sisters.Provide additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during the surgery.

Scrub up for theatre cases CRICE certified.Set out the necessary sterile instruments and supplies.Visiting hospitals as and when needed.

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
