KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTSThe Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for overseeing a variety of sales & marketing administrative activities.
The responsibilities include the following but are not exhaustive : ResponsibilityMBO 1 : SalesMonthly preparation of sales dashboardsCo-ordinate the collection of sales activities nationallyPreparation of sales commission claims for the division in line with the sales policyCompile and distribute updated sales price lists, commission policies, sales results, divisional communication, and any other divisional reports according to deadlinesMonitoring of CRM execution within the DivisionMaintain and oversee the online trading sales system for DivisionOversee the online portals and ensure that they are up to with the latest information and from time to time ensure that marketing material is uploaded when requiredCo-ordinate, collate and track national sales / tender activityCollate the Sales & Marketing Manager-s report for EXCO into a final draft.
When required, research and collate market information for presentations required for EXCOIdentify and research areas around the sales reporting to identify solutions for improvement and implement new processesRegional training of completion of CRM, sales reporting, sales policies and pricing structures.
