Description A store manager is required to manage a butchery & deli in the Durban area. The incumbent must have at least 5 years of traceable experience managing a butchery.
Key responsibilities include : Managing and directing all staff to ensure all targets are met Cash control and reconciliation.
Supplier and customer liaison. In addition, the applicant must have the following skills : Fully competent butcher with expert knowledge of all meat cuts for beef and lab.
Highly capable in the manufacture of meat products (sausage, salami, cold meats, etc). Drivers license. Computer literate.
Deli food preparation; amongst others the cooking deep fried chicken in a Henny Penny Frier will be advantageous. Salary : R 13 000 Interested candidates can send their CV
