Minimum requirements for the role :
A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having worked in a Sales Management or Senior Key Accounts Management role within the Food or Packaging or Equipment Manufacturing industries is essential.
Previous experience having negotiated and dealt with Customers at a very senior level.
Previous Key Accounts having called on food and or meat processing or related manufacturers is preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Manage and maintain all Client portfolios and business projects on a national basis.
Manage and drive sales targets and budgets as well as forecasting stock projections for Clients on a national basis.
Compile and present business and sales strategies and results that are aligned to the board.
Manage and entertain the Groups blue-chip Clients as well as developing their business and driving the Sales Team on a national basis.
Work alongside Production and Technical Teams regarding new development and products to introduce to the market.
Manage and oversee all new contracts and pricing structures for the Company.
Optimise and selectively implement new products in order to maximise profit.
Attend to all required key events nationally.
Lead and motivate the Sales Team.
