To undertake specific Human Capital / Training work programs, projects and research as determined by the line manager, to be proactive in dealing with Human Capital and Training Team issues, and external organisations.
Responsibilities of the role : Ensure and maintain financial compliance by making sure budget is available and to process PO-s and RFQ timeously.
Assisting with the implementation of all HR Training and Development policies, processes, and procedures.Create mini inventory of all Training and Development tools, policies, and procedures.
Managing the record keeping of all Training and Development activities.Training files to be updated, all forms and process, checklists to be completedTo undertake specific HR and Training work programs, projects such and Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness days, initiatives as per the Corporate Services operational plan.
Arrange e-learning courses- workshops and other trainings.Assist with consolidating the PDPs to conduct needs analysis in preparation for submitting to MICT SETA.
Facilitating and designing of soft skills training materials.In house training facilitation.Liaison and arranging Recreation committee meetings and initiatives.
Submission and implementation of yearly discretionary grants.Liaison with MICT SETA representativeStatutory Submission of WSP and ATR.
Qualifications and Experience : Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development or equivalentSkills Development Facilitator SDF will be an added advantage3-5 HR related experience within the Training and DevelopmentExperience in Managing Discretionary grantsExperience in developing Training materialCompetencies : MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
HR Database Management.Knowledge SDL Act, SDAKnowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEVerbal Communication.Written Communication.Training Facilitation.
