Position Description :

As a highly engaged member of our team, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally within TFG to deliver myTFGmoney campaigns that will drive revenue across the group’s 20+ retail brands and for the myTFGmoney division.
To conceptually develop, coordinate, deploy and facilitate reporting of myTFGmoney campaigns for new and existing customers, internal stakeholders, and in support of Trading Divisions and other TFG enablers.
To create, collate and maintain branded content in a meaningful and effective way, for all communication channels : web, social media, in-store collateral, emails, SMSs, videos, presentations, other.
To work with external agencies and suppliers, the in-house business units (creative studio, retail brands, credit risk & strategy, collections, forensics, ops, rewards, insurance, cellular, media, customer services, e-commerce, group marketing and the customer analytics teams) to deliver effective campaigns.
To drive the conversion of new and existing customers within the TFG ecosystem to myTFGmoney products and services, through life cycle strategies
To coordinate marketing activity plans, identifying opportunities to increase sales and create myTFGmoney awareness.
To maintain and issue incentive offers and vouchers.
To ensure correct implementation of the myTFGmoney brand and maintenance of the CI guide

A tertiary qualification with Marketing or Commercial orientation
Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 3 5 years)
Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Google Sheets
Proven experience working on multi-channel campaigns
Competency with digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience in acquisition- and retention- focused direct marketing campaigns
An understanding of web analytics, tracking and reporting.
An understanding customer journeys
