The incumbent will be responsible for the following key functions :

  • accurate and prompt processing of wages ( 400 staff members)
  • preparation of salaries & wages for payment
  • manage, maintain and update employee data on the system
  • support w.r.t administration duties
  • Requirements :

  • relevant tertiary qualification will be advantages
  • previous experience in payroll administration
  • experience in payroll software
  • excellent Excel skills
  • ability to perform well under pressure
  • good verbal and written skills in both English and Afrikaans
