30 to 17 : 00) is the one for you.Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to : Efficient filing, emailing and organizing client paperwork.
Using your computer literacy (especially Excel, Pastel trial balance, SARS e-filing and navigating the internet) to operate and improve on the existing office systems.
Balancing cash books and cash ups for 3 companies.
The payroll for 5 companies plus UIF & PAYE calculations, leave and sick leave pay.
Preparing VAT and EMP501 Reports.
Sending out to and liaising with clients and suppliers on the phone over quotes and invoices.
Assisting the owner with stock planning, source and ordering ahead of the busy season.
Providing the owner with efficient PA support.
Ideally a relevant post-matric.
A track record of admin support success ideally in the food or hospitality industry.
Sound computer literacy.
Own, reliable transport so you can get to and from office and on occasion to and from each business premise.
A natural attention to detail and enjoyment of flexibility.
A real heart to help / support others in their admin duties.
A mature ability to self-manage.
