The Key Performance Areas of this role will be as follows :

  • Align Omni-channel Operations’ strategy with overall Infotec Operational strategy (Alignment with other Operational teams)
  • Own, define and drive the Omni DevOps strategy
  • Manage escalations and communication across a diverse business community
  • People management
  • Financial management
  • Manage resolution of incidents and problems across teams and customers
  • Root Cause analysis and resolution process
  • Identify trends and implement new processes to improve business solutions
  • Customer / stakeholder engagement
  • Vendor and contract management, including negotiations and SLA’s
  • You should have :

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 8 10 years’ relevant experience, including people and financial management experience
  • Retail and eCommerce experience would be advantageous
  • A strong commitment to professional service delivery
  • The ability to formulate and drive strategic changes to the IT landscape
  • Planning and organizing ability
  • The ability to be process oriented
  • Innovative, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • The ability to effectively prioritise and drive tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills with a strong ability to influence, build relationships with, and negotiate with colleagues, and external partners
  • Good attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the employment equity act.
