Purpose of the Job :
The Financial Administrator will be reporting directly to the Management Accountant.The Financial Administrator will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions and admin records of the Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Redmine Contract Tracking (Monitoring and checking contract adjustment invoicing, following up on open items, updating open items and resolving queries on a daily basis).
Payroll : Preparation of monthly Payroll submissions and monthly Payroll journals for management reporting
Accounts Payable : Raising of purchase orders (based on approvals obtained) and performing creditors reconciliations
Cashbook : Capturing of all receipts and payments on a daily basis, and performing the bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Maintenance of financial data to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when required, including fixed assets and stock
Contract Management : Reviewing all current customer contracts, advising management of contracts which are expiring / expired, engaging with the relevant parties to obtain updated contract paperwork and reporting feedback to management.
Assist with other accounting projects delegated by the Management Accountant
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Solid Computer Proficiency
5 -7 years of solid Accounting experience
Accounting Qualification is essential
Must have previous accounting software package Experience e.g. SAP B1
