Your key job responsibilities as the Danish speaking Customer Service Agent in Johannesburg, South Africa will include :
Answer chats, calls and respond to social media queries & emails
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter and update customer information into system
Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements for this Danish speaking Customer Service Agent job in Johannesburg, South Africa :
Grade 12
Must be fluent in Danish and able to communicate in English (verbal and written)
Strong PC literacy
Strong customer orientation
Availability to work shifts (International Call Centre)
Exceptional business and people skills
Fully computer literate in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and internet)
Strong administrative, organisation and planning skills
