The opportunity :
Assist TFG Logistics to execute strategic and continuous improvement initiatives through the planning, design and implementation of both process and engineering solutions in the Supply Chain Network.
Analysing and identifying solutions to optimise operations putting TFG on par with world standards in terms of efficiency and service excellence.
Design and Implement engineering solutions that support business strategic objectives
Identify operational improvements across the supply chain utilizing benchmarks, analytics and process improvements using process optimisation tools / methods (e.
g. Time studies and simulation
Annual budgets, cost control and ROI for logistics projects
Collaborate across various parties (Internal and External) to ensure infrastructure specifications and
Analyse and identify capacity constraints across all DC Operations (Storage and Processing), informing future capacity requirement decisions.

B.Com / BTech Degree (Industrial Engineering)
3-5 years project management experience
1-2 years supply chain related business process knowledge
1-2 years process flow mapping and optimization
1-2 years management and development of various costing models and commercial business cases
3-5 years layout & facility Design
