  • Experience :

    3 years minimum experience in a verification agency

  • Solid understanding of the B-BBEE Codes;
  • Experience in the BEE verification process;
  • Insight and understanding of sector charter codes;
  • Solid interpretation of ED and PP in the current codes and prospective changes to Supplier Development in the proposed new codes.
  • Relationships :

  • Verification agencies;
  • Transformation and B-BBEE consultants;
  • Transformation managers;
  • B-BBEE managers;
  • Supply chain and operations managers.
  • Additional advantages :

  • Broad understanding of business sectors;
  • Disciplined and organised;
  • A proven track record of B2B engagement.
  • Duties : The Incumbent will lead business-to-business selling activities by beating agreed targets because of solid understanding of the B-

    BBEE Codes and the verification process, experience and skills in relationship-based selling and established relationships that allow for quick and ready access to clients.

    Previous experience of having worked in a verification agency for 3 years or more makes this possible!

    Target customers are corporates and big business. You will engage with the individuals responsible for transformation, B-

    BBEE performance, Finance and Supply chain. Selling solutions to meet these clients Enterprise Development, Preferential Procurement and Supplier Development needs both in terms of the Codes and their business objectives.
