Secretary / Personal Assistant Duties : Office admin / Office managementHuman Resources and recruitmentLiaison with clients and various institutionsMaking travel arrangements (booking flights and accommodation both domestic and international)Diary management of executive board membersReceipting and distributing mailStationery managementTaking minutes at board meetings, controlling CEO's diary, making necessary appointments and keeping the CEO updated on meetings etc.

Timeous collections of monies due Accounting knowledge and functions in the commercial industry and group companiesTaking of minutes of meetings covering the various aspects of the Companies.

Personal Assistant dutiesMust have a Driver's License and own vehicle


MatricSecretarial Diploma will be an advantageAccounting and Bookkeeping knowledgeExposure to building projects will be an advantageExperience in taking minutesMust have good communication skills, (public relations)Must be familiar with booking of flights and accommodation (domestic & international)Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasantStrong computer skills
