To perform the following tasks : skills development, succession planning, Seta accreditation, recruitment and selection, team building, employee wellness, must have strong IR exp- disciplinary action, CCMA cases, performance management and ensure BEE compliance.
Ideally you will have a B.Com Law / Labour Relations Degree.
